Warren Crank (Lead Pastor)
Pastor Warren Crank is married to Ellen and they have 3 children. Warren worked in a Bank in Townsville 20 years ago and came back in 2007 as a Pastor! He is the Lead Pastor at our Church and usually brings a message from the Bible on Sundays.
Ross Wardill (Pastoral Care)
Joining the team in December 2002, Ross coordinates Pastoral Care. He is married to Sharon and they have four children - Tiffany and Brianna still live at home, Justin lives elsewhere in Townsville and Karissa (now married to Nigel) is pursuing her career elsewhere. Ross enjoys fishing and movies, woodworking and gardening, time with the family and time alone, and hopes to see the Cowboys on the top of the table this year. Both he and Sharon love to connect with people, and connect people with God, because they've found that their relationship with God has been so empowering throughout their own lives.
Christian Aguilera (Pastor for Youth and Young Adults)
Called to the position in November 2009, Christian and his family wfie, Ev and two children Amelia and Josiah moved to Townsville in January 2010. His interests are: hanging out with family and friends, reading, writing, music, sports, coffee and building people up in the faith no matter what circumstances. Christian was born in Chile, South America and moved to Bondi Sydney, Australia when he was 11 months old in 1970. He has been involved in youth and young adult ministry for over 7 years and lives to see the younger generation find and fulfil there God given destiny.
Michael Stainbrook (Community Worker)
Michael is married to Ruth. He serves Townsville Baptist as a community worker. He and his team look after emergency food, clothes and housing. Michael also overseas our Community shop front in Kelso know as the Open Door. Michael came to us 7 years ago from Seattle USA. Michael and his wife Ruth are passionate about social justice issues.
